Off the master bedroom there is a private deck where you can soak in the sun and watch the whales go by. Outside connected by undercover breezeway is the self-contained flat that has been recently renovated with its own bedroom, living area, kitchenette and large ensuite. The house has ceiling fans throughout but with the doors/windows all open you get a beautiful breeze.

  We have had a number of family holidays at North Stradbroke Island and we absolutely love it.
  Booking SeaSpray made a great holiday even better.
  The outlook of trees with views through to the ocean is exactly what we needed. Location is perfect, with close access to Cylinder beach and all the Point Lookout must sees...
  Ray White were very easy to deal with, I would definitely recommend SeaSpray to others.
  We did have a little trouble with the host internet, but luckily I am with Telstra which gets good coverage for a couple of important sporting events ��👍

  93 Tramican is located in a great part of point lookout with easy access to everything. Great views and a quiet location. House and granny flat were a little disappointing mainly due to unclean pots and pans, glasses and cutlery. Reading previous posts about Ray White rentals, cleaning prior has been an issue. Maybe a bond clean is required prior to each rental agreement. Otherwise the house was worth the stay. Stradbroke is a little gem to visit.
