This spacious beach house is ideal for two families or a group of friends holidaying together, offering plenty of space, privacy, and great shared areas. The home features five bedrooms across multiple levels, including a downstairs bunkroom with its own bathroom and a self-contained flat with a Queen bed and ensuite—perfect for teenagers, extended family, or guests wanting their own retreat. This lower level also includes a TV area set up for a PlayStation, making it a great kids’ zone.

Upstairs, the light-filled living areas open onto a large front deck with lovely coastal views. This level also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite. With five TVs throughout the home, WiFi and Foxtel, there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone.

Enjoy outdoor living on the back deck with a ping pong table and a 4-burner hooded gas BBQ, ideal for relaxed family meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine, while a front-loader washing machine and dryer add convenience for longer stays. A double garage provides secure parking.

Located within easy walking distance to Home Beach and the local pub, this comfortable and well-equipped holiday home accommodates up to eight adults and is perfectly set up for a relaxed beach getaway.

It was well equipped. The house captured the breezes so well. It was within walking distance to Cylinder Beach. Highly recommend.

  House large enough but some safety and maintenance issues need to be addressed. As follows:
  All chipped crockery and dishes should be removed.
  Dishwasher tablet dispenser unreliable. Had to put tablet straight into bottom of dishwasher.
  Shelf in freezer of upstairs fridge missing.
  All toilet roll holders broken/faulty.
  Bunk room shower drains need checking as water flows all over floor and into toilet. Slip/fall risk.
  House needs pest treatment. Cockroaches everywhere especially at night. Even come out of shower drains.
  Door stop missing on door to bunk room.
  Can’t lock screens. No lock on downstairs kitchen door.

  This is an excellent property with a great location, great views and generally excellent facilities. Plenty of room and great deck for meals and relaxing.
  Unfortunately the TV in the main room did not work, and while it was not really needed, when wanted it was disappointing that it was sub-standard, particularly as it was connected to Foxtel and other services.

  We had a nice stay here recently. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely view from the balcony. The bunk bed was not super comfortable. The house was in a great location though the driveway was very steep and not practical for parking a car in the garage. The house was lacking in cleanliness in some areas. Under the beds and couches were particularly dirty. A backyard would have been well utilised as we had young children staying. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at this properly.

  Nice large home in a convenient location that that suits a number of holiday arrangements. The furniture in the bunk room and the downstairs unit needs attention as it is could become dangerous and the airflow downstairs is very stifling. despite this we still had a fabulous holiday and have booked for our sons wedding and will continue to book as it really is a great home with all the amenities and supplies needed.

  Unfortunately there are a few things that need updating :
  Oven, the seal needs replacing
  Vacuum would be very helpful
  Double bed in the middle room upstairs is extremely uncomfortable

  The staff at Ray White were very helpful, friendly and professional at all times. The property 19A George Nothling Drive was in a great location. Nice views and very spacious. However.... This house needs some money spent on it. It needs a deep clean of basic things like window venetians (dirty) fans, window and door tracks. Dirty and off the hinges. Tops of kitchen cupboards were dirty dusty, as were light fittings. The oven and cook plate were greasy. Light bulbs in some areas did not work.
  Some of the bedding eg spare blankets and doona were marked and stained. The owners need to allocate some money for this property.

  Property had a good layout particularly for two families with the downstairs kitchen proving useful. The property was reasonably well stocked with utensils, movies, books etc. And has a great collection of boardgames. However, there was a high amount of broken items such as multiple faulty sliding doors, missing door handles, broken main tv, broken oven door etc. Also there was a fairly severe cockroach issue particularly downstairs.
