The house is set over two levels with double lock-up garage, storage on the ground level. There is also a kids bunk room on the ground level.
On the next level you have 3 bedrooms with built-ins, main with ensuite and spa bath, bathroom, laundry. The living areas are located at the eastern end of the house with kitchen, open plan living and dining areas with a large deck with bi-fold doors that open to maximise views and breezes.

  I cried on arrival...Yes really! Our annual hard earned money for special family holiday left me heartbroken. We paid peak season money 12 months in advance to secure a home to find the house on arrival is in disrepair with significant maintenance issues that were known to owner and property manager all year. We have provided significant feedback to the property manager regarding issues that require attention (well overdue). It was disappointing on reading the previous reviews (after we arrived) to see these are the same issues fellow holiday makers have reported previously that have continued to be left unaddressed by the owner. Significant structural wood rot, unsafe balcony/deck, light bulbs missing, gloomy bedroom/bathroom areas with overgrown vegetation and mould behind doors, gutters filled with debris and hence overflowing when it rains, poorly maintained furniture (kitchen dining table so sticky we covered it the entire holiday with a sheet and dining chairs rusted through), showers that dribble hot water, floor varnish worn totally through in kitchen and floor unable to be mopped. The downstairs bedroom is 1800 mm high to ceiling where drain pipe cuts into ceiling (yes that is right!). Richard was kind to lend a fan for the back bedroom. We are disappointed previous reviews appear not to have been followed up or actioned by owner or property manager. Our advice to holiday makers is to PLEASE read reviews before booking. The photos shown are not current. Would NOT recommend property.

  The house was very dirty and was full of huntsman spiders. We killed about 10 of them. I think the property is due for a pest spray.

  House needs a good clean, very dirty and dusty with cobwebs everywhere down the walls and around the windows. Front deck is quite unstable, half the deck has been closed off as it is falling apart. Downstairs bedroom had a terrible odour, we had to burn incense all the time.disappointing for the money they charge.
