  We stayed in the large 3 bedroom house that provided enough space for our family of 5, comfortable beds, lovely lounge, homely experience, and glory of a dishwasher. The living space and dining table were spectacular for family games, including the deck. We really loved the 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately the washing machine was not working, but it was not a big inconvenience for us.

  We were very happy overall. The location was great, house had everything we needed and comfy beds. The steep driveway was steeper in person (didn’t feel comfortable to walk down safely esp when wet) and internal stairs proved a little tricky for joints. Check-in-process was easy and Ray White were great to deal with. Gas oven / stove a little temperamental but we got there in the end. There is large fridge, microwave and well stocked kitchen. BBQ a bonus (we didn’t use) and the fisherman appreciated the sink and tap in the carport area to keep smells downstairs.

  Our first stay at this house was very below average and disappointing, however when we complained we heard the owners had plans to come and revamp it. Well this was the case, it was sooooo much better. What a holiday house should be with everything working and the basics of living, plus more this year. Very happy. However there are some Maintenace things that need attention which were reported and are being acted upon. We would definitely recommend this place for any family, such a great location straight across from Cyclinder Beach and the Beach Hotel is walking distance. 2min drive to fish and chips and Foodworks.

  Maybe not so great if a steep hill & 17 steps to get into the house But once in , it’s relatively well appointed .

  This house was very suited to our family, it fit us well with heaps of space and a great location for sure. However when we arrived we had one toilet roll for 8 of us, 1 bin bag and zero dishwashing tablets.Windows and doors dont slide very easy at all, covered in cobwebs and dust, blind in bedroom was broken so couldn't close properly, main bedroom didn't have a main light had to use lamp, only one worked in both bedrooms. There was cobwebs hanging from the kitchen walls, all the glassware and things on the shelf were filthy they all needed to go in the dishwasher. The clothes drier wouldn't heat then cleaned lint filter which was so thick anywonder it didn't, the washing machine kept stopping during the cycle so came home to it still sitting in water and half done. The lawns were so overgrown about 30cm tall the grass was, really really let go and not good enough for the price you pay in peak season. We really would like to rebook this place next year but would have to know that alot has been done so things are clean and everything is working the way it should.

  If you are looking for a real beach house experience, this is it. No frills but roomy , perfect position and wonderful deck . Everything you could need .
  The Ray White Staff were fabulous and very helpful.
  We loved our stay and would recommend and will stay again. Would suggest property managers / owners consider the following, kitchen pans are almost unusable as is sandwich press ( pots are great and other just need replacing). The property could use a little clean up of a few things that don't work or are broken. A clothes horse would be ideal as the washing line creates rust stains so can't really be used.

  If you're after an overpriced, run down 2star holiday house - look no further. If only the owners invested a little of the money they bank back into getting the house properly cleaned, a pest service regularly to prevent them having to place cockroach baits in every corner, new, working furniture, a bigger fridge, a smart TV in a much larger size, WiFi, new mattresses and replacing the chipped cups, bowls and plates. I would not recommend this house, nor would I stay here again. 1.4k for 7nights in the middle of winter was a disappointing waste of money.

  The driveway of the property is very steep. You have to climb up many steps to get up to the main floor.
  The gas oven in the kitchen is very old and difficult to switch on. It took us 2 days with the help of the property manager
  to figure out how it works.
  The house is big enough for 4 to 8 people.
  It's nicely decorated though the furniture is quite dated. The heater worked very well. There is even a CD player and radio in the living room. Also games and puzzles and books are provided. The mattresses were comfortable. Overall it was a bit dirty. But it was a quite place to sleep.

  Good beach house in a quiet location easy walking distance to bus stop, beach hotel and the beach. With a bedroom and bathroom at each side of the house, and a kids bunk room, it is perfect for 2 small families. There is a big deck with a big table and BBQ. The living room is small but both double rooms have a small TV as well. All the windows and doors are screened which is great given the mozzies. Clothes dryer was helpful since we had some wet weather. A baby high chair would have made the trip even easier.

  Great location but unfortunately this house gets no sun whatsoever so it was extremely cold. All the beds are really old the mattresses so uncomfortable and all the bedding and blankets are in desperate need of replacing. There’s a cupboard in the lounge room with mattresses I guess to lay on and watch tv but they were so dirty so non of us could even sleep on them so we had to put up with out back breaking beds. The house is really dark so I’m guessing they have put filters on the pics you see on the sight because this house gets no sun and it is nothing like the pics. Bathrooms and kitchen were really clean but the rest of the house needs a good spring clean. You get what you pay for with this property. Great quiet location it was colder in the house then it was outside. Someone really needs to get this property some new mattresses!
