This larger than normal unit has some views to the south down Main Beach and sea glimpses to the north over Frenchmans Beach. Restaurants, shops, public transport and beaches are at your doorstep. This unit is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped and catches all the summer sea breezes.

Features: 3 bedrooms (2 Queen, 2 Singles), main bedroom has large modern ensuite with bath and separate shower plus 55cm TV/DVD Player, 2nd bathroom has shower and there is an upstairs powder room. Well equipped stainless steel kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Panasonic Breadmaker, Sandwich Maker and Blender). Large Flat screen TV, FOXTEL, stereo and DVD Player. Large laundry with washing machine and dryer. 2 Car lockup garage with remote, gas BBQ.

  Amazing location and the home had a lovely layout. It was especially nice to have views from all the windows. It wasn’t super clean though - crumbs on floor, sand still in the shower. Aside from the extra cleaning we’d definitely choose to stay here again.

  This is a great unit with lots of space, we were pleasantly surprised with the great location & views of the ocean from a spacious deck & living areas. Bedrooms are large enough for three couples easily & loved having wardrobe space & the extra toilet up in the living area, will definitely come back soon.

  Saltwater 4 Point Lookout is a great place to spend spend a couple of weeks on holiday at North Stradbroke Island. The apartment is a lot larger than it sounds with views across to the sea, located near all the boardwalks with impressive views and dining options out the front.
  The apartment is perfect for a family, large smart tv for streaming movies if the weather isn't that great, a well equipped kitchen and a great deck for watching the whales

  The property was in a fantastic location with very easy walk to shops and the Gorge and we enjoyed seeing whales from the unit to both the north and south. The unit was very well equipped. Our only criticism would be that the doonas could do with covers to hide stains. In saying that we have already decided to stay there again. We would gladly recommend this unit and the fantastic staff at Ray White .

  We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Unit 4 of “Saltwater” at Straddie August 2021. The apartment was clean, spacious and had better than expected views of the ocean. We were lucky to see a whale from the deck of the apartment on our last day which was a lovely send off. Would highly recommend for couples or a family as it’s such a short walk to shops and Main Beach. Also well equipped with cutlery and crockery. The sun lounge needs repair though as if In working order, would have been a real sunbathing asset! Thanks again RW Stradbroke Island for the stay.
