Welcome to your beachside escape at our architect-designed beach house in Tramican Street. This stunning holiday home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, providing ample space for up to 9 guests to enjoy their stay in complete comfort and privacy.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining areas are beautifully appointed, featuring a gas fireplace and opening out onto a large partly covered deck with stunning bush and ocean views. Perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining, the deck is equipped with a Weber gas BBQ and a hammock for ultimate relaxation.

Downstairs, you'll find two bedrooms (1 Queen and 3 Singles) with a family bathroom, as well as a children's game/recreation room. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms (1 Queen opening onto a large deck) and 2 Singles with a family bathroom between them.

Our beach house also comes equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including NBN and WIFI, 2 HDTVs, 2 DVD players, a surround sound system, 2 fridges, a dishwasher, a microwave, a front-load washing machine, and a dryer. The bedrooms are screened and feature ceiling fans and radiant gas heaters for your convenience.

For your peace of mind, we provide linen and make up the beds prior to your arrival. The property has two undercover carparks and is partly fenced with a baby gate upstairs.

    We had a very pleasant five night stay in March 2025 immediately after the cyclone. Ray White RE staff and Council had done a good job in arranging cleaning up most of the tree debris onsite. The rear deck with bushland and sea views is magnificent. The house layout was efficient and met our four family needs. The Ray White RE staff were always very professional and responsive to our concerns. The main concerns relate to the tiredness and cleanliness of the house and grounds. Windows and screens needed cleaning, upstairs bathroom sink was blocked, front door couldn't be locked, some saucepans were not induction friendly and should be replaced, no hair dryer, dish drying racks were rusted, oven needs cleaning and checking as it did not turn itself off and was difficult to set the right temperature, small fridge was very noisy at times, some sheets were too small for the double bed, bbq was not cleaned properly. These are more issues for the owner to look at which if done would raise our experience to five star throughout.

    The house was great and location also was great with lovely aspect, the beds where all made with clean linen as well. But the house could have been a bit cleaner.

    We have now stayed here three times and each has been extremely lovely. The layout and vibe of this house creates a very relaxing environment. There are loads of facilities for good baking and the BBQ handy. The private spaces are plentiful and the sound system and free Netflix and WiFi are a big WIN. We will be back.

    Ray White staff were very polite and helpful as always. House is in an amazing location with sensational views through beautiful trees.
    Screens to doors would really be helpful as making the most of the beautiful breeze allowed a flood of mozzies/bugs etc. The house was NOT clean when we arrived. We had to sweep and vacuum all floors. Wash dishes/cutlery and wipe out all cupboards prior to using anything.

    The house, incorporating a wonderful deck, is a great design for larger families or several couples and we really enjoy staying there. Have stayed multiple times in the last couple of years and have recommended to a number of friends. However we have noticed that increasingly the house could do with a good spring clean, we often do kitchen benches and floors when we arrive. Whilst doesn't detract from stay the yard also needs some attention.

    The House was a fantastic place to stay as it had excellent facilities, great views from the veranda and the layout of the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets was ideal for our group of 7.     I love this house. The design is great for a large group and it has the loveliest outlook. I love opening up the big doors and feeling close to nature. Best sleep listening to the ocean.
    The real estate was very friendly and helpful.
    I felt the property could do with a bit of maintenance and tlc, and would be great if the pantry was stocked with a few essentials. But otherwise I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and will come again !

    This is easily one of the best homes we've stayed in at Straddy. The views are sensational and it is very well equipped. It's quite something to have kangaroos and koalas visit you while you're having a coffee on a deck that overlooks Cylinder beach and all those beautiful ferns and forest. We'll be back, no doubt about that!

    Overall it was a lovely house and we had a very relaxing weekend, Some of the crockery had been put away dirty and the glass sliding doors looking out onto the deck had not been cleaned in a while and we’re covered in smudges and dirt which was a shame. Also the check out at 9 am is too early in my opinion.

    We had 2 families staying. It was very peaceful with an amazing view. There was lots of room for everyone to relax. The kitchen was very well equipped. The coffee machine was definitely an added bonus!
